Wedding Venue Fort Inglés – Mijas (Costa del Sol)

Kirstie & Oliver chose Fort Inglés in Mijas – just a short drive from Marbella, on the stunning Costa del Sol – as the setting for their wedding. A historic venue with breathtaking views and a true Mediterranean atmosphere, it was the perfect place for a destination wedding in Spain.

From the very beginning, the day unfolded naturally: laughter, emotions, heartfelt embraces… and a very special guest – their dog, who walked with them into the ceremony and made the celebration even more personal and full of love. After the “I do,” everyone gathered around a traditional Spanish paella – a huge feast that brought guests together in the most authentic Andalusian way.

A very special thank you goes to Jamie from Ever After Eventz. Working with her was a real joy and a wonderful discovery. Unlike some wedding planners who can sometimes overwhelm other vendors, Jamie’s style is the opposite: attentive, caring, always present – yet never intrusive. That balance is such a relief and makes everything run smoother for everyone. I’m truly looking forward to working alongside her at many more weddings in Marbella, Mijas, and across Andalucía.
